Product Details

The range of free dyes for calibration includes pure dye spectra and component values for FAM, VIC, HEX, TAMRA, ROX, Cy5, Cy5.5 and ATTO 426, applicable to all signal normalization in real-time fluorometric and endpoint reactions.

For most qPCR instruments, a calibration every six months is recommended.
