The series of Dye-labeled Calibrating Oligos include FAM, VIC, HEX, TAMRA, ROX, Cy5, Cy5.5 dye-modified fluorescent probes and component values, which are suitable for signal normalization in all real-time fluorescence quantitative reactions and terminal reactions. Calibration every six months is recommended for most qPCR instruments.
